Toui Is in Beta — and Beta Testers Cook Free

If you've ever stood in front of a full fridge at 6pm and still felt like there was nothing to eat, you're exactly who we built Toui for — and exactly who we want in the beta.

Here's the short version: Toui is open for beta testers, approved testers get 4,000 free credits — about 67 full dinners — and the trade is simple. You cook real dinners on real weeknights, and you tell us the truth about what's broken.

What Toui actually does

Toui starts with what's already in your kitchen. You tell it what's in the fridge — type it or say it — and about 90 seconds later you're looking at a real recipe with a photo of the dish, timing that accounts for what's resting while something else sears, and steps written the way a chef would actually work the pan.

• Pantry-first, not recipe-first. No "go buy 14 ingredients." It writes the recipe around what you own.
• A pantry that keeps itself. Cook a meal and the ingredients come off your shelves automatically.
• Week planning that does the math. Plan the week, set who's eating, and the shopping list subtracts what you already have.
• Cook Mode. Sauce broke at step four? Ask. It knows the recipe you're standing in.
• Allergies taken seriously. An allergen scanner checks every single thing the AI produces before you see it.

What the 4,000 credits mean

Credits are how we meter the AI. A complete dinner — the ideas, the full recipe, the photo, the chat while you cook — runs about 60 credits all-in. So 4,000 credits is roughly 67 dinners. For scale, our biggest paid plan is $49 a month for 2,400 credits. Beta testers get more than that, for nothing, because honest feedback while we're still shaping the product is worth more to us than the money.

There's no card at signup, nothing auto-converts, and when the beta ends you pick a plan or you walk away with your saved recipes intact.

What we ask back

Actually cook. Rate the meals when Toui asks how it went. And when something's wrong — a bland recipe, a confusing screen, a shopping list that missed something — hit the Feedback tab and say so bluntly. "This was mid" teaches us more than "great app!" ever will.
